Thank you for shopping with ChampionPowerEquipment. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our support team.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
